"1999 Attorney Palissery took on my case. I was a young 21 year-old drug dealer. And our defense was derease. Even though I did not tell on nobody, the police always know who are selling drugs don’t get that wrong. Nanda Always believed in me, And fought hard On my defense. I was found guilty on 19 drug felony charges, and sentenced to 5 to 10 years in State prison for which I served in greaterford in Pennsylvania. Now don’t get me wrong I sold directly to an undercover cop four times. Against Nandas recommendation, I wanted a jury trial, which he strongly recommended against just for the record .From day one I entered a drug program. Which mind you I never used drugs. I continued to get my barber license, finished parole, got my vehicle salesman license, got my Real estate license, And became a productive member of society I applied for and received a governors pardon. Fast forward to today 25 years later. On my birthday January 18, 2024, attorney Palissery, and his awesome office manager Danielle (Dani) not only filed a motion of expungement of my record, but received it today on her desk of all days my birthday. And all of my constitutional rights are fully restored. I first registered To vote because now I live in Florida , and then I exercised my rights to bear arms. Thank you Nanda for always sticking by me And believing in me, and helping me put this final chapter to an end. Excuses are the only thing that will hold you back after 19 drug felonies, and five years in prison, My record will be totally Expunged and I can honestly say I have not been convicted of any felonies once again. I owned the things that I have asked for forgiveness. I have done the things to prove myself a productive member of society. And with that, I just want to let everyone know it is possible.
