"I used Xlander’s office for a real estate closing relying on a referral. Worst decision. Never spoke to the attorney. Paralegal handles all the work and closings, which would have been okay if the attorney supervises the paralegal. The paralegal named Nefretiri never recorded the deed or mortgage documents on a purchase of a property that was closed in Dec 2021 despite telling me it was. I was notified by another paralegal seven months later that due to an audit of the prior paralegal’s cases, the deed/mortgage was not recorded and that i owed additional money because the closing costs were miscalculated. Not one apology or explanation from the attorney. Do not use this office."

And the updates they do give you are updates that were suppose to be received weeks ago. Dont ever use this office. No matter what. Unless you want your home buying process to be the most stressful and awful experience. Because as if buying a house wasn't stressful enough."
