"I grew up roller skating at various rinks around the Pittsburgh area and most of those rinks are long gone. But THIS gem remains and it is SO worth the drive to Latrobe! The owners are great, the staff is great - please support them and keep them going!"
"awesome roller skating rink!! im from johnstown pa and i can say this is definitely worth driving too. i really wish they were open longer though. i really enjoyed it here but it was just jam packed with people to the point where it was very hard to skate. many children needed some lessons in manners from their parents to learn how to skate. But kids were whizzing past people just barely learning how to skate (kids and adults). I personally found it scary to even go out because of the possibility of being mowed down by either accident or on purpose from some of these children. I felt like i was being ran over. I think the price of admission of this place is a little bit overpriced but it’s worth the fun and making memories. i feel like they should allow to bring in outside water at least because a lot of people were sweating and dehydrated from skating and i had to go buy two drinks and it cost me $7 for it because i was so thirsty. there was also a lot of profanity and kids skating outside of the rink. but other than all this bad thing i had to mention its a good place to skate and have fun with family"
"You have to check this local rink out. The owner is really nice and energetic. Had a wonderful conversation with her. This was my first time here and I skate all over the country. Went to an adult night. The music was amazing and they take requests. I heard everything that night! When the post dates for their adult nights, I highly recommend it! Worth the drive as well. It’s clean, organized and up to date! They even take Apple Pay. Snack bar wasn’t messy, trash cans and tables were also clean. Thumbs up on the clean restrooms as well. Beautiful pro shop! I’ll be brining more friends next time!"
"Such a great skating rink with the friendliest staff! We have been here for school skating parties and recently went to a birthday party and every time it’s such a great experience. The rink is huge and well taken care of. The birthday party was SO great and as a parent, I would love to have a child’s party here, they take care of everything and make it so fun for the kids. Everyone got plenty of food and the staff broke up the party in the best kind of way so there was always something going on. At the end they switched the skate rink into a dance party which was my kids favorite part! It’s always so much fun when we go. There is plenty of parking, a cute little arcade, and a snack bar. There is seating around the entire rink so you can take a break or watch the kiddos from any spot!"
"Wonderful skating rink, excellent floor, nice refreshment area, small game room, adequate bathrooms. Nice party rooms for rent. Well kept equipment. They even have the skate walkers for newbies."
