"Really, really poor communication and service after we booked. We were told that we upgraded to one drink package, then found out a week before travel that we hadn't been upgraded at all. We were also told that our agent had quit and no longer worked there, only to have him email us a few weeks later??? Genuinely harder than just booking directly through the cruise line."
