"I’ve tried to order here a few times , I work nights near and only have a 20 min. Lunch. Everytime the order has been screwed up and or cold. Was excited to have a Wendy’s near but rather have hot food."

"Probably about my 4th time at this new location, and probably my last. Drive thru line was wrapped around building so went inside to get food, all was fine. Ordered the 6$ biggie bag with the the double burger. Went back to car to eat and about halfway through burger a long strand of gray hair was between the burgers. Took back in to restaurant and asked for the manager who was making burgers. While waiting the young girl and middle aged woman working the drive thru began arguing at the window because the younger gave the order to the wrong car, and she started yelling at the older blaming her. The older walked away saying I’m not going to put up with her anymore. There was probably about 6-7 customers in the restaurant at the time. The manager finally came to me and said oh yeah I see the hair, did you want another? Never apologize, also noticed that none of their hair was in nets, even the manager as her long ponytail flew around. Not sure of board of health regs, but will look into it."

"Almost brand new Wendy's location. Huge line when we got there at 12pm. We skipped the line and used the tablets to order our own food. Give them time and they will get better and faster. Not to shabby for a new location."

"Wendy's is the mother loving bomb! I am extremely biased, I will admit that. I love their food, the new atmosphere isn't the same as back in the day with the atrium you used to eat in, but it is very modern and clean. This particular establishment is now in Elverson, which I am more willing to drive to then Thorndale. The service was good, nothing remarkable, but on the same hand I don't expect that. I think the parking lot is weird with all the one ways compared to just 6 months ago, but it's not really their fault. Did I mention I love Wendy's and I am biased. The food is pricey but Wendy's always was, still mother loving fantastic. Got me a Ghost pepper sammich, though it wasn't as hot as I thought it would be, but hey, I am crazy when it comes to hot things."
