"We stopped in recently for lunch, ordered the 'happy' honey walnut chicken. Menu description says chicken, walnuts, broccoli and pineapple in a delicious tropical sauce. The chicken was covered with cool honey mustard dressing and the broccoli -which was also cool- and pineapple were circled around the chicken. It was not happy."
"Food average at best! We were really hoping for some great Chinese food since we don’t have any restaurants in our area. Greatly disappointed! Serving sizes small and food not good."
"Old school Chinese Restaurant. Better than the local take outs which is not saying much. Beef and Broccoli very good. Pan fried noodles were okay. limited beer selection and no Mai Tai. Wish they had green tea ice cream."
"We visited Peking Chef on a Friday night around 6:30 p.m. There were two tables occupied, so there was plenty of seating. The tables were a bit sticky due to the disinfectant applied to the surface. The egg drop soup was very good, as was the pork hot and sour soup. Other than that, the remaining meals were disappointing. The General Tso's chicken was tangy, yet lacked the pepper flavor associated with the dish. Also, there was hardly any chicken within the battered pieces. The side of pork fried rice had specks of pork mixed in, and the addition of corn overpowered the overall flavor. The Pad Thai was also lackluster. Although it had all the necessary ingredients, the flavor was off, and didn't really taste like Pad Thai. It is very unlikely that we'll return. It was obvious that corners were cut, and the meals had the taste and consistency of something you would buy in the frozen section of the supermarket."
"Above average Chinese food, very clean establishment. Always have some doubts when trying new places, but this place did not disappoint. Got the imperial beef and chicken with broccoli. Portions aren’t that big, but will definitely fill you up! Food very fresh! Would definitely make my new fav take out spot."
