"After reading the other reviews I have to add he is only after money. I paid $2500 for a divorce now I realize that I am from the south and thing are different there but when and attorney quotes a price for a divorce that what you pay and nothing else. He took my money and then before it’s over he sent me another bill for another $2500 and wouldn’t file a he paperwork we needed until he was paid. I paid him he filed the paperwork and the quit my case because he didn’t agree with what he filed. Then why did he file it? We had a court date that had been rescheduled he never notified me of the change so I drove 19.5 hours for nothing. The ladies at the court gave us another date for the same week and he had it continued and didn’t even call me for that when I went to his office he was there but wouldn’t open the door for me. He would explain later he said. What he meant to say I think was I have changed my mind but I’m not going to tell you until your back in Arkansas. He then blamed it on the other attorney for him leaving because the attorney after Jason wrote a letter that said if you don’t let me withdrawal the last papers I filed I’m going to withdraw from the case. Well of course the other attorney said no. But this other attorney was going to fight having it entered into the court because he said he didn’t get a copy of it. What the heck … are they working together now? The one thing I believe a good attorney should never be is a quitter. Jason is a quitter so beware."

"Unfortunately I have a lot of experience with the law and this guy has to be reviewing himself. He's the most infamous lawyer in county jail here, all I heard daily was Beardsley isn't doing nothing for me, it has become a joke to ppl. He completely lied to me and my family and scammed my dad for about $10000, which unfortunately wi effect him for years because hed not a hot shot Montrose lawyer that lies to ppl about what he can do, his word is shot, it's disgusting."

"hes horrible, all he cares about is getting paid. he literally told me i wasnt doing any jail time cause he wanted to get paid, i never got to talk about my case with him b/c every time i called his secretary asked about the money. I never got him on the phone once. He talked the judge out of giving me a county bid plea and i went from doing no time at all to now im doing state time. i cannot believe hes rated 4.75, they obviously rate themselves, cause everyone in jail complained about him too. He doesnt show up when he says he is and is late to court. Hes horrible, he scammed me!!"

"This lawyer is a joke at best. Hundreds of dollars for a retainer fee and he literally spoke with me for 2.5 minutes and told me I needed to be at the court house. I was guaranteed 30 minutes of his time before my case. He didnt do the job I paid him to do. He should have never accepted my case if he was that busy. In all honesty id have gotten more for my money if I wiped my rearend with it. So long story short dont waste your time and money on this man. Hes a joke!!!"
