"My wife and I could not have had a better experience on our 12 day European Vacation. Definitely not the Griswold experience. Jen listened to what we wanted from our trip and put together an itinerary that was perfectly paced for us. From travel to hotel and tours, everything was better than we were expecting. The only snafu during the trip was handled by Jen so that we could enjoy our vacation and not worry about it. It was so nice to enjoy every single day and not worry about the details because Jen had thought of everything, including things we had not. "In April 2023 Jen helped us to plan a trip to Hawaii. She booked our rental car with Sixt, a small European based car rental agency. What a difference between Sixt and the other larger agencies! Jen booked some great excursions, beginning with a Grand Circle Tour around Oahu so we could get the feel of the island and decide where we might like to spend more time on our own. The next day we had an excursion to the Big Island where we flew into Kona very early in the morning where we met with a wonderful guide who took us Volcanoes National Park, coffee and macadamia nut plantations and the Dole Pineapple Plantation where we enjoyed a “Pineapple Whip.” While we were there we even got to walk through a lava tube before flying back to Oahu in the evening. Jen couldn’t have planned a better mix of activities. She’s a whiz at what she does! I highly recommend JWA (Jen) for all of your travel needs. She’s patient, thorough and meticulous."
