"THESE PEOPLE ARE FRADULENT!!!!!!!!!! I booked through them months in advance and just two weeks before my scheduled tripped I was unable to purchase my bags due to nonexistent confirmation number. To them get a refund only from the “airline” without any emails or notice. When I called delta I was never even issued a ticket or refund. They are scammers. And I’ve waited now over a month for Book My travel to refund me there portion with no email confirmation and/or success! I missed my whole family trip because of them. They are scammers! Now when I try to call my calls are unable to go through. I will be taking legal action against them. They were always rude and nasty. You just don’t do that to people. Stand clear from these people!"

"If I could give less than 1 star I would. They advertise flights and seats that are not available. They will send you a confirmation email, and then 24 hours later, call you and tell you your flight is unavailable and that it's not their fault". They do not have a system that keeps purchasers up to date on their purchase. They do not update their website to reflect this, for 4 days, they continued to advertise my fight at the same price as I've paid, and didn't make any adjustments. Do not under any circumstance use this website or this company. They are the poorest customer service company I have ever worked with. Take your money elsewhere. They have just wasted an hour on a call, didn't solve any issues, and hung up on me because they could not offer me anything that even closely compared to the original option I've booked."

(1)They are throwing the bait(very lower price)on the site. when you bite it, (2)They ask you to fill in your personal information and credit card information. (3)They send "your booking successfully completed" to you by email. (4)They are calling several times and tell you that your booking price is not available now. but they urge you to purchase another option(higher 50-100% expensive than your booking price) (4)If you don't accept their another option, They cancel your original booking. They deprive you of your personal information and credit card information like this way...!! Never Never access to this site in order to book your flight!!!"
