"I’ve had nothing but problems with this unit since it’s been installed in my vehicle last July. More and more safety features have been disabled up to the .2 weeks ago I had to have the unit replaced. However, the installation requires a work order which I was informed I had to contact the company to get the repair order. I got the repair order and they replace the unit. The same day that the unit was replaced I called and let them know some of my features on the car were lighting up that they weren’t working again ( which leads to my number one concern, does the technician really know how to install this device? ) Compounding the problem was the unit was not tightened at the hand unit location creating the Problem that the unit then became disconnected. This caused a lockout situation. I strongly would recommend finding someone else to install your intoxalock device…"
