"Nate and his team are fantastic folks to work with at Maryland Pool Services. A pool is an investment and if built poorly and maintained improperly, it can easily turn into a money pit. In winters, water does freeze here in MD so if maintained improperly or improperly closed you may need a part and a repair and lose the ability to use your pool for half of the pool season. Nate was our construction project manager for our pool and waterfall build and was very customer service focused and paid attention to details. As a new pool owner, I had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure I made the correct decisions and Nate always took the time to explain everything, all the options, and what (and most importantly) why he would recommend something. Maryland Pool Services does bi-weekly services for us making sure our water chemistry is perfect and does openings and closings to make sure the pool is properly winterized and will be ready for use in the spring.
