"Poorly managed. I submitted paperwork, and called in payment. I was then told later I had not provided payment so my daughter was taken off the list. Unwilling to work with us. I was even told, "Even if you could provide proof of payment, we still wouldn't be able to get your daughter in." My daughter was heartbroken. She had been looking forward to this for months. But I get the impression the current administrator does not care."

"Been bringing my daughter here for 7 years because it was the most affordable way to expose her to horses. There have been 6 lesson instructors in that time. They only made one good personnel choice since I've been here and that was to promote their best lesson instructor to barn manager. During the time she was manager, Star was at it's peak performance, the barn and volunteer activities we're actually organized. Suddenly that barn manager as well as the director are no longer employed at Star. No one seems to know what is going on but I have completely lost confidence in this company!!! You would think they wouldn't want to let their long time customers down by showing how poorly they manage the staff."
