"The facility is beautiful unfortunately the people working are terrible. Very condescending, difficult to work with, and all around difficult to deal with. I would not recommend using the hall here. They will find any way to take money from you and be very difficult and rude to work with."

"The pool staff is so over the top. You cannot even have a speaker playing music at the lowest volume, 1/10 volume, yet they’ll have the worst DJ you’ve experienced come on an hour later and play music to make your ears bleed like Hamuna Matata from lion king...Barbie girl, etc… The pool caters to infants and small children but there are plenty of people, probably at least half, without kids just trying to have a drink and dip in the water without the teenage pool staff from overseas coming over and explaining the rule book to you. We have chatted with tons of neighbors and pool goers about this and all agree our pool sucks."

"There was a large party there. It was so cool that the first alarms went off. I didn't get to enjoy the pool but I have a great time. The furniture was nice and comfortable enough for me and my wife to rest our feet after an amazing night of dancing. I'd definitely go back, but to get me there I'd need yall to throw another party. You know who I'm talking about! Moreover, it's a clean and spacious accommodation and would be fit for business meetings, after hours events, or general brunches."

"Had relatives from out of town and took them and the kids to the pool for the day, brought pizza from Rubino's and had lunch by the pool. Was great, they also have a small pool for the little ones."
