"Can’t say I’ve ever used this company before however an associate of mine was supposed to have a huge darty the opening day. He’s been back and fourth with this company and they’ve claimed they will come that next day first thing in the morning to come clean the pool. It’s now been 3 weeks and they’ve yet to do so. I understand an a company can be busy in the spring but it’s a 15 year long loyal customer and they can’t even preform a simple task."

"My pool is 15 years old, and it was time for new filtration, salt generator and heater. I reached out to several pool companies asking for a line-by-line estimate with model #s and costs including all electrical work and haul away of the old equipment. Some came out to my house took pictures and some could not be bothered but sent estimates anyway. Most came in with suspiciously low estimates and when I questioned, they said oh, electrical is extra, hauling away is extra, concrete pad for the equipment was extra, etc etc....you get the point. I stumbled across Atlantic Pools and could not be happier!! Dave Edmonds and company did everything promised with no surprises or cost increases! Even with equipment shortages due to reduced production because of COVID, Dave kept me up to date on delays. The finished product is incredible and well worth the wait!! When they replaced the old electrical panel, they didn’t just attach it to the old lumber, the replaced the lumber with pressure treated 4x4s covered in vinyl and synthetic deck boards. They also put gravel down around the equipment as a nice finishing touch which I was not expecting. It was a pleasure doing business with them and they continue to be the pool company I use to service my pool. I could not be any happier!!"

"Update: Two years later after initial review and they are still going strong and if anything they got even better. The owner is super involved and cares about his clients. Very happy customer for many years now. Great owners, great service, really happy. I shopped all over for the best service provider that seem to care about their customers. These guys are the best. Tried multiple others and they all aren’t great."

"Dave and the Atlantic Pools team were absolutely incredible! Highly recommend! From the very beginning of our pool renovation process, Dave and the team were amazingly detail oriented -- every step along the way, from the initial proposal, to proposal revisions, to sending us samples of coping, to his amazing responsiveness and detailed oriented email follow-ups -- it was an A++ experience! We had our pool coping redone, tiling redone, skimmer redone, new LED pool light installed, and the surface replastered. Everything was done on-time as initially planned and some things were done well ahead of schedule! The Atlantic Pools team even came out a few times to do a few very minor touch-ups at no extra cost or anything like that (they were obsessed about making everything look perfect which is a rare quality!). They also made sure the pool water was perfectly balanced chemically to make sure the plaster cured the right way for the first few weeks after installation. One of my favorite memories was when one of the crew was cutting a custom stone piece to go around our skimmer -- he was so detail oriented that I called him Picasso! Again, we had such a high-quality, professional experience. I actually worked in the swimming pool industry growing up and so I asked many questions -- Dave and the team really know their stuff! Highly recommend!!!"

"Dave Edmunds and the guys at Atlantic Pools were incredible to work with! I really liked from the start how Dave got back with me whether it was a email, text or always answering my phones calls. For me communication is huge. I am a business owner so I know how important it is. They do a lot of restoration work so my thinking was who better knows how to build a new pool than someone that rebuilds/restores pools and knows what to do and what not to do. I paid a good bit for my pool with bells and whistles but really believe you get what you pay for. Love my new pool! And so do friends and family as they're amazement really shows."
