"Had a blast doing The Quest. We had gone to another escape room in the area earlier in the day and did not have a great time-but Escape Time made up for it. Staff was super friendly, will definitely be back!"

"I’ve done well over 40 escape rooms and this was by far the worst. For starters the room wasn’t set properly whoever had the room before us the individual(s) responsible for resetting the room failed to do so, so our “findings” and steps we took were out of order but we tried to push through. The clues were pointless, the lighting was horrible, I’ve been in low light rooms, but this lighting was just bad. The props were worn out, just a mess! For $80 it wasn’t worth it and because we weren’t given a fair chance due to the room not being set, I feel cheated. After our time expired someone came in and I expressed our concerns and he said he would talk to his manager, we waited a good 15 minutes no one came out to address our concerns. Not even a picture asked to be taken. Just a bad experience. I won’t be coming back. Poor room, poor customer service."
