"We had a great experience! I came here for my birthday with a small group of friends and we had a blast. The place is super clean and the room was great. I was extra impressed by the staff member who called us ahead of time to let us know of a possible issue and immediately offered a great solution. Everything worked out but the effort was really awesome. Thanks for a fun time!"

"It was okay. $40 + a 10% entertainment fee. I’m expecting a large and elaborate room. I have been to escape rooms where the first room led into another and the decor was better — all for $20. We did the Sasquatch room which was a fun idea, but it was soooo basic. The puzzles and decor of these rooms are very underwhelming and simple. One ~10x10 foot room and about 5 puzzles all together. Definitely felt more like a $10-$15 escape room, not $40. The staff was helpful, but that’s really the only positive in this. Unfortunately they didn’t acknowledge us when we exited the room and stuck around for a few minutes. They’re usually supposed to direct you to get a photo taken to commemorate the occasion but nope. It was very awkward."

"I've been there a couple times now, my woman absolutely loves them. And the actual puzzles in the room are very well put together. And I've already recommended this place to a couple of buddys for date night ideas."

"Staff was great and really helpful, but the room itself was not great. I have paid much less for much more elaborate and entertaining rooms. The room we chose was said to be one of the hardest rooms, but we made it out with almost 20 minutes to spare. I would definitely not return."

"We did Once Upon A Crime with the kids today (8&11). It was the first time for the kids and we feel like this was a great starter room for them and the theme was perfect. The room was nicely detailed with lots of different kinds of puzzles. The staff was incredibly professional and kind. He did a great job marketing the new room and building confidence. 100% will be back (again)."
