"Called to have a Maryland State Inspection done, spoke to a really nice lady who set an appointment for 8:30am. I showed up at 8:15am only to be told by a gentleman that I was supposed to be there at 8am and that he couldn’t do the inspection. He said 8:30am doesn’t make sense and they wouldn’t have told me that because someone else was getting an inspection done and it takes 1.5 hours. This makes no sense at all…They clearly double-booked and he just lied about the timing for some reason I can’t fathom. I asked him if they could scan the car because the check engine light came on, and he seemed even more annoyed and told me that it would cost $250. I’m at an auto parts store now using their code scanner for free. I don’t know who hurt this man, but he needs to stop taking his frustrations out on strangers."
