"This owner doesn't care about customer service. There's never any printer paper to automatically print your receipt at the pumps.The window washing fluid/ service areas are always completely dry and useless. Several times when I went there, I had to go inside to pay by card. I will not go there anymore. Half star."

"Frequent problems with payment systems. Some pumps have wireless card readers, but none of them work. The ones with chip card readers frequently fail to process the payment."

"Stay away from this place. Pumps often don’t function correctly and for several months last year the car wash operated without dispensing soap. I’ve been ripped off several times here, most recently today when the pump swallowed my 60 cent per gallon Giant Food gas discount and the clerk was no help whatsoever in rectifying the situation. In the past I’ve spent a couple of thousand dollars a year at this station, refueling 2 cars because of convenience to my home. I’m done now. This station is obviously owned by someone who couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. I’ll find a nearby Shell in either Oldtown Gaithersburg or nearby Montgomery Village."

"Gas pump took 20 cents in reward money than canceled the sale. Than when I tried again there was no reward money money left. The response from the owner is inadequate. There is no commitment to make anything better or to solve the issue."
