"Sorry don't have time for wrong review but I took my wife to Big lots to get for a new set the furniture hurry climber restoring the fall apart and I got to thank you that it had been some time since I did something special for her so I bought her a new furniture set and a new vacuum wanted. But I was so satisfied because they were having a sale for 20% off and then I joined their membership club. So after signing up for the membership I got an additional 15% then once they told me the only one they had was the display model on the floor he gave me an additional 50 more dollars off. I was like wow amazed and I am still planning on going back and buying her The sofa & love seat The next day so when I got home I applied for big lots credit card Pam I gotta prove and know that is gonna give me an additional 20% off this furniture I will be buying today. Thanks"

"I had bought a clock and it was not working correctly. I wanted to exchange it for another. The girl at the counter had no idea what she was doing. I had to explain to her that the second hand kept hanging up and I was just getting another of the same clock. When I got the other clock she then proceeded to tell me she had to keep my original receipt. I had to tell her I had purchased other items and I need my receipt in case I needed to return anything else. She then asked if I was returning everything. The second clock I got was doing the same thing. Must have gotten a defective batch. I took it back the following day. The manager came to the register and figured out the initial clerk had actually ran my 1st clock as a return, so as it was no longer on my receipt. Then we had to get a third clock, ring it in and do a return. So all in all the first clerk lost money for the store. There also seems to be problems with the registers not being programmed right. 1st time it wasn't recognizing coupons and the second, just wouldn't ring up everything. The store manager just got off the phone with the tech and everything was suppose to be working, but it was doing the same thing as before. Everyone else, besides the first clerk, and the manager are great people. Very friendly. I hope they get the kinks worked out and maybe a little better training."
