"There are two Moats Auto places in Lancaster County. One being in Elizabethtown and this one being in Quarryville. I believe the previous two ratings of a “one star” are meant for the Elizabethtown location based off of the other locations those individuals have reviewed in the past. I absolutely love Moats @ the Buck (Quarryville)! They have always squeezed me in for an appointment to work with my crazy schedule and are such pleasant people to work with - they will always give you that “Home” warming feel even if it is a mechanic shop!!!"

"My son went there and they ripped him off. Charged high prices and never fixed it. Most likely have to get lawyer. Also my nephew went there and they never put the lugs on tire and the wheel fell off."

"Not at all good work for what you pay. Sadly doesn't follow regulations on some things. Apparently, charges for things that don't need done either. Extremely shoddy work. Lost a lot of money coming here. And I could have lost a lot more if I was driving my car when my transmission dropped out of the car it could have been very deadly."
