"My parents have been staying here at this location for a couple of months. Unfortunately, my mother fell due to her bad knees. Jwhan went above and beyond by helping her get back to her room after a visit to the hospital. He also checked on her to make sure she was doing well. Fantastic. This guy is amazing. I hope he is recognized for his above and beyond service. Thank you for everything."
"I am here at this Hotel for long term. I have stayed at other Extended Stay hotels in the past and this one is by far the best! It is always clean and considering it is a hotel it is really very quiet here. The staff is great and always very helpful.. Ms.Sawannah Thomas the Hotel General Manager is absolutely amazing! Her Customer Service is the best that I have ever encountered. You can tell she really cares about her guests and is always available to answer any questions. She is First Class all the way! I highly recommend this Hotel for both a short or long term stay."
"Great Service. Ms. Savannah is supportive. I had to leave for work early in the morning. My car battery Sensor/Part on Back order and sometimes I have to jump start. The Portable Jump starter was out of Battery. I decided to go to the front desk, asked Ms. Savannah, to see if she could help.. without any hesitation she acknowledged my issue and brought her Car next to mine. That shows how she cares about her long term guest and ready to assist immediately. I am glad they changed the management team. Thank you Ms. Savannah!!"
"I chose this hotel because it is said to have kitchenettes in the rooms, and it was important for me to have an option to cook for myself. However, it turned out the kitchenette has absolutely no equipment, not a single pan, or plate, or spoon. You have to rent it additionally, and during my stay nothing was available. There was not even a toilet brush in the bathroom! Are guests supposed to rent it as well? But the room was good and spacious which is important when you are staying for several days. Nearby is a cafe Java Works, it is highly recommended! Their coffee is great!"
"I hate writing bad reviews but I just couldn't let this go . I'm really having a hard time on this one. The little bit of good thing I had to say about this hotel has definitely changed as they changing the little bit of things that made you over look all of the short coming of the hotel. Now you have a over price building and people need to start looking elsewhere. You are paying 4 star prices for a 2 star hotel. The only plus is the staff they are great people. They changed the front desk hours so you will not be able to check in after 10 pm . If you stay a extended period of time house keeping is like every 10 days so before if want fresh linens you had to bring your stuff to the front desk for exchange but now they are charging a fee. The breakfast was a granola bar and coffee and then they add instant cereal packages but now there will no longer be doing that. The only grace for me was the kitchen in the rooms which you use to be able to get cookware and dinnerware at the desk, which I think they should offer for the price you pay at the hotel but now they are charging for the kitchenware and I'm not sure if that is to use but the prices are definitely to high to pay to use and give back. So I advise you to bring your own cookware if you do decide to stay. There is a lot of yelling in the hallway, fighting going on time to time. Police have been here on a few occasions. Beer bottles left in the stairwell and in the parking lot as well . I just hope if you do stay your experience is better than mines . Good luck!"
