"We did Elevator at Escape Room Ashburn and loved it! Our host was helpful but didn't push our hints too hard. There were motion and sound effects that really made it feel like an elevator that was a really great touch. Definitely coming back to tackle the other rooms soon!"
"So much fun! My daughter celebrated her 12th birthday with seven friends by successfully escaping Bank Heist. They had a total blast. Yasmin was calm and kind to the group of very loud, excited girls, and respectful to me and my husband. The girls were easily frustrated but Yasmin always seemed to intervene at just the right moment, providing helpful hints that lifted their spirits and kept them engaged. The puzzles were definitely a challenge but not impossible; it was just what you want an escape room to be. The facility was clean and the giant Escape Room backdrop and ready-made signs in the lobby gave us perfect photo opportunities. Leading up to the event, it was easy to book online, and when I left voicemails with questions, they always called back and were super helpful. Their customer service is top notch. We will definitely go there again! In all, I absolutely recommend Escape Room Ashburn."
"My family and I did the Bank Heist room. The room had plenty of puzzle elements to keep the four of us busy. It was just the right amount of difficulty that we didn't get discouraged and ended up finishing it with 10ish minutes to spare. The host was also very nice and welcoming."
"Great place for kids to spend an hour but overall presentation is pretty underwhelming. The front lounge area could use a bit of sprucing to hang out while you wait. There is no party room to host a small birthday etc. Staff is very nice and accommodating."
"We’ve done over 40 escape rooms and this one is one of our favorites. Great original puzzles that are initiative and good sets. Very nice game masters who do their best to give you clues to win! We’ve been to escape rooms where the game master seems bothered to help, but not here, very friendly!"
