"I stayed here for the first time a year ago. It was fantastic! This time was slightly different, Our first room had dirty sheets and bugs in the sheets. Also brown hair on the top of the sheet. None of us have brown hair. Perhaps it was a new housekeeper. Front desk agent was super kind and apologetic and gave us a second room. Everything in that room was alot better Breakfast was okay. Biscuits were really dry but the gravy was really good. Coffee was great! This hotel is nothing like a luxury hotel but a good place to sleep if you are traveling overnight. I wouldn't recommend it for a few days. At $69 a night in the off season is great but you get what you pay for."

"This is a recently acquired property by wyndham, the exterior of the stretched out Hotel is definitely dated and in need of repair. However, the rooms are completely updated and freshened. Clean, modern amenities, and although the sheets aren't anything to write home about I had a pleasant night's sleep"

"We stayed at the Travel Lodge portion as this is a blend of Days Inn and Travel Lodge. The woman at the front desk, Teena, was very personable and welcoming. She made sure to explain all the available amenities, which also conveniently included a free shuttle to the Hollywood casino. When we got to our room, it was perfectly acceptable for being as affordable as it was. My husband and I decided to walk to the casino, but after our night ended around 11, we were able to take the shuttle, driven by none other than Teena, back to the hotel, right to our door. Teena reminded us about the breakfast that would be available in the morning. The only complaint I have is that around midnight till after 1 there were some very loud and rowdy, what sounded like young women outside our room arguing and carrying on, and then a few hours later our "neighbor" arrived back to their room and was arguing quite loudly with what I assume was one of the young ladies from earlier. So, while the hotel overall was great, the walls are thin, and you never know how the other guests will be. In the morning, the breakfast was perfect. Nothing fancy but delicious food and very clean. The woman taking care of the area was also very kind and welcoming. At check-out, Teena was there yet again and got us checked out quickly. Overall, it was a great stay, and most of that is thanks to Teena. I sure hope she is adequately compensated for her hard work and dedication to the guests. If not, I hope she finds some place that deserves an employee such as her."

"Soon as I walked in I felt welcome!! I believe his name was chuck at the front and Teena were so nice!! We were expecting to take a taxi to our destination and they spoke up and offered to take us in the shuttle which we had no idea about. Teena got us to our destination right away and she's amazing!!! I have stayed many places and lots of states Andi have never had the amazing customer service these two provided!!!"

"First of all, we reserved two rooms. When we entered one of the two rooms, there was somebody already in it. Thankfully they weren’t in the room at the time but they had clothes all over the beds, the beds were unmade, the room was dirty. The employee at the front desk was quick to fix the issue, as apparently this room had been marked as “clean” in their system, and gave us a new room. However, it’s clear that the cleaning staff is slacking, if they even have a cleaning staff at all. There’s stains on the beds, fruit flies everywhere, the showers were filled with dirt, there was hair left on the toilet seat of all things, and the floors are so dirty that after showering and walking across the room, my feet were already BROWN with dirt. I’ll likely never stay here again and I’m not looking forward to having an entire night of fruit flies crawling all over me. All around a terrible place to stay."
