"This was our first and last visit. Service was slow and inattentive despite not being crowded (probably 7 tables occupied). Once we finally ordered (15-20 minutes wait) the food did come quickly and hot. The steamed dumplings where very good - Not too doughy and a nice amount of filling, good flavor. The chicken in black bean sauce was also good. The right amount of heat and good flavor. The peppers were cooked well - not soggy and over cooked. Would have liked a better meat to veggie ratio but overall a solid meal. The beef and broccoli dish was a huge disappointment. The broccoli was basically raw. The meat/sauce had no flavoring. We did speak to the manager who offered to remake the dish. When the second version came out, the broccoli was cooked perfectly but there was still no flavor. They did take the item off our bill and did try to fix the issue. I appreciate the attempt to solve the problem which is why they got a 3-star rating."

"This has been one of our regular restaurants for years. Both takeout and dine in. Food is excellent. If you dine in, the duck sauce is home made and to die for. Though, some of the dishes are only meat and nothing else. If that isn't what you want, you can ask for vegetables to be included. A great restaurant!"

"I have been coming to this place for years and have enjoyed many dinners, lunches and special occasions here. We used them for takeout recently. All the food was packaged and delicious. Updates the review. Over the past year the food here has consistently gone down. Although still good many dishes are hot or miss. Recently I got crab Rangoon and there was not enough filling inside."

"We loved this place and we often get a take out. But off late, they haven’t been consistent with their food. On telling them, they seem to have a “I don’t care” attitude and that for me is a low point for a hospitality business. Last we ordered a take away for a veg fried rice - spicy. When we got it home, and tried the food, the quality and taste wasn’t the usual. The food was not at all spicy but that is what I had paid for. There was a peanut in the rice which isn’t supposed to be there. So, we called the restaurant and the owner or the manager did not even worry about any of the complains. She told us to bring the food back to get a refund. 1. I will be spending more on gas to drive back for a refund on 1 item. 2. This was a more of medical concern for us and she did not care at all. There was no apology and it felt like she was the customer and she way paying us for delivering back food which wasn’t cooked as per order and was a health hazard because of nut allergies. I hate that I will have to let go of one of the places we regularly ordered food from."
