Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The food we bought are all ice cold. Some of the food is actually icy. They have iced pico de gallo and corn when mixed the meat and rice etc is all icy and the paper bowls have seeped through . Its not microwaveable as the lettuce will wilt. The sauce used to be edible but now it’s so spicy. We threw it all away. Not going back. Also, Rosario said to contact the company not her for a refund. She said her food is fine immediately dismissed us over the phone and said she had no time for me. I went through three rounds and the chat cut off and restarts. The customer service couldn’t be more difficult or tone deaf too. The company wants to give a free voucher for just one bowl so we can go to experience this mess again. They assure you that they spoke to the location so they can improve but don’t care that they rip people off by selling food that is inedible. Here’s the email we got back. "Not thrilled with this location, but it's fast Mexican not a sit down place with table service/servers. Some times that's all you have time for. The food is okay. The location is great with all the other shopping and the schools, so it's good for families. I prefer Tampico's on Route 1 in Laurel near Main Street."

"The food was delicious as usual you can't really mess that up however the service could have been a little bit more pleasant the young lady behind the counter kept looking at me when I asked her for anything as if I was stealing something. I had asked for a salad dressing and was told they were out so when I asked for a few lemons the look I got was really uncomfortable"

"Some of the staff at this location need some serious attitude adjusting. The atmosphere is just so unpleasant. They’re rude and consistently spewing negative energy around. It’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable that customers have to engage with and be subjected to such poor behavior, especially while being polite and respectful. Like damn, I’m just trying to pick up my food. The nasty attitudes and hostility for no reason is crazy. If you don’t like your job, find a new one !"

"This location always shorts the bowels on proteins. Today I literally counted 6 pieces of chicken total in my bowl. My sons meal was missing both sides. They gave him 2 hard tacos and beef..nothing else that he ordered! I called and spoke with Gloria the manager. She was arrogant, did not care and just told me to file a complaint online. I asked if she was going to do anything about it, she said the email will come to her…I then asked would she fix these issues today. She said no! Wow…"
