"This is a great hotel for a Grayce Gardens wedding venue, which is .5 miles away. The clean and comfortable room welcomed my preferences. The warm and gracious Donna, the breakfast hostess, made my stay special."

"Right off the highway, which is nice but that does come with added noise, although you don't notice it from inside the hotel. The common area is nice but the rooms are dated with older fixtures. The walls are pretty thin so I could hear my neighbors snoring and then his singing the next morning at 5am. Overall, for the price, not bad. I was only here for about 11 hours."

"First impressions are very important! We got no thanks for being a rewards member. The desk clerk just went through the motions. The tub/shower has no non slip or mat. That is dangerous in my opinion. There is no clock in the room. I mentioned that when checking out. The reply was “Okay”. We love Best Western and almost always are happy to stay at one. This one was not one we would stay in again."

"When I checked in I was given the room I had reserved. The whirlpool didn't work. The gentleman at the counter immediately checked and found me another room where it did work. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I do a lot of traveling but this was my first time here. I am impressed."

"Right next to I-81 so convenient location. Not so great if your room is closest to highway though. Room bathroom smelled like a dirty mop. Ice Maker does not work, employees don’t care. Pet friendly gets them 1 star."
