"Numerous PFA violations. Cops have to go through her. (Katie Carrollton) denied every time. PFAs don't mean anything in Armstrong county. Third parties can come in and steal items that were just purchased and there will never be a PFA violation. Seem as though she's on the criminals side..smh"
