"We ate in before party of 6 the service was ok and the food was good both times once for a birthday and then another time just to eat out with family .... I’ve recently went in and got an order for take out, the food was trash the spicy chicken didn’t even look or taste the same from when we ate in. My egg rolls was over cook. I had hibachi, my fried rice chicken and steak was under seasoned. Only thing that was cooked perfectly was my vegetables. I wish I would’ve took pictures. I had a whole bunch on yum yum sauce but no sesame sauce. I only place an order for 2! I had 8 yum yum sauce and soy sauce.. They need to do better, the takeout should taste just as good if we were eating in.. never again, I paid $90 for something that would’ve tasted way better if I made it at home. That was the last time. Thanks but no thanks!"

"Staff didn't even know they had a happy hour on Fridays. Why would your staff know this? Happy hour menus should be where the other menus are located. He had to go look for them. We were also disappointed that the bar tender forgot about our waters. There was a couple sitting next to us, and we gave them the happy hour menu. What happened to the choices on the happy hour menu? Even if the other choices are only $5 off. Advertise the happy hour. It was dead as a door nail in there."

"Took appx 20-30 minutes to get seated then waited another 40-50 minutes to get our food started. It seems staff was low so service was slow. I was glad I had a fruit cup in my purse to feed my toddler something while we waited on our food. The food was decent but far from the best I had. There wasn't much entertainment from the cook, which I was okay with because I just wanted to eat my food. However there was an out of country traveler at the table that was looking for a show and didn't really get one. They charge an additional 3.5% more for all card transactions. They also charge $2 each for soup or salad with your hibachi. I may go back but not anytime soon."

"We reserved the party room and it was so hot I couldn't keep my clothes on. Service was so slow and they kept forgetting things. It was a party of 17. They could not handle it. The bathroom was cooler than the dining room God forbid people eat in there. I really wanted the AC from there. The shuffle's professional and great! He had personality. You accommodated all of our needs. But damn it was hot!"

"Very disappointed with the take out from Nakama. The food tastes good, yes, but THIS for $40???? 4 of us got the exact same thing, it was $160 and each had this same amount of food. This was the triple combo (chicken, steak, shrimp) PLUS a shrimp appetizer. It is infuriating to get gypped just because you’re ordering take out. If I received this while at the restaurant I would be asking where the rest of my meal was. I would absolutely not recommend getting take out hibachi from this location."
