"Do not take your vehicle to this place for repairs. They are incompetent. They don't fix the problem and then charge you for things that truly aren't the problem. They want to keep charging you for repairs and not fix the problem itself. We just paid over 600.00, the problem isn't fixed and the guy just admitted to me that he did not look at a throttle control and just went by their diagnostic machine which obviously doesn't work. My husband even showed him video of what my van was doing and the throttle control light being on and apparently that wasn't good enough. Do not waste your time and money on this place."

"We came into the Hancock County dealership needing a newer car (as you can see, we were driving a 1992 Buick Skylark). Mark Williams was our car dealer. He was very attentive and let us tell him what we needed and what we were looking at. We had our 2 year old with us, and this dealership gets extra stars (like 8 total) for having a kids' playroom. Mark made some recommendations to us about the different models he thought would be good for us. He was not pushy and said it was our decision we had to drive it, not him. Ultimately, we purchased a 2016 Jeep Compass Latitude, and we are happy about our purchase (I'll update later if something changes) Overall: good salespeople, good service, but remember car buying is a lengthy process so do not expect in and out, and lastly GREAT attitude to its customers. EDIT: Service department is awesome. Gary is amazing. Simply put he recognizes you as soon as you walk in. Greets you with a smile, asks how you're doing, etcetera. He really cares about you and your vehicle."

"Very terrible technicians working here! They won't own up to their mistakes and damage parts and still charge you for them to fix it even though it wouldn't need fixed if they did it right the 1st time! Very horrible service for getting anything in your car fixed. I recommend to run or drive away from this place as fast as you can instead of relying on them."
