Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"If I could give this place a thousand stars I would. Not only was our server (I’m sorry I forget her name) incredibly friendly and helpful, and not only was the food absolutely delicious, but I ended up leaving my purse here while on a road trip down to Florida. When I called several days later, the manager (David McClure I believe is his name) was so so so so kind and wonderful. He had my purse, and even offered to mail it to an out of state address for me. On top of all of that, he included a brand new jar of red robin seasoning just because he could. And yes, all my stuff and money was still intact. I will never be able to thank you guys enough!! Eat here and tip well!!!! David may the other side of your pillow always be cool and refreshing!"

"Great service at the Hagerstown location. Our server (Dash) was pleasant and very attentive. The food was as delicious as always, and arrived quickly. The restaurant was decorated for the holidays and lunch on Christmas eve was a nice experience. We'll done to this location! I'm sure we'll be back the next time we're in town."

We thought it was pretty good food and a decent location. The only reason I'm giving the atmosphere a three-star is due to the floor being a little dirty. But everything else was clean including the bathrooms."

"We have been to this Red Robin location many times and have never had a bad experience. It is consistently good and to me that is a big deal when it comes to restaurants. Today this visit for a late lunch was no exception. The food and the service were excellent. Our server was Keisha and she did a wonderful job.
