"The worst service ever . All are stupid working there ! Bad customer service ! The chicken fillet and fries was cold ! I asked for no pickles they put extra pickles. They forgot my sauce . Overall zero star . Never going back again ever ."
"This restaurant used to be so much better, but it seems since the upgrades it has gone downhill fast. Our orders have been wrong 4 of the last 4 visits. The last time my husband went in to have our order fixed, they had left out 2 sandwiches and 4 hash browns, they knew as soon as he walked in what was missing...funny. Just awful."
"Heading to Erie for the day, stopped to get breakfast and 3/4 of my order was not in the bag when handed to us. Upon entering the restaurant the manager had asked what I was missing as if he already knew. He quickly made the order correct and all was good. Also I heard him ask why the orders weren't being checked before they were handed out, the employees told him they didn't have to, I believe some retraining needs to be done."
"Undercooked food. No need to rush food when you're not busy. Not only is it a disservice to the customer, it's unsafe. Get it together guys. You used to be better. Btw don't start eating your burger in the dark if you have a problem with it being undercooked."
