"Okay, so let me just start out by saying that I love thrifting. I love supporting Goodwill and other donation centers… HOWEVER. I honestly cannot even fathom the utter filth that I witnessed today at this particular Goodwill. I don’t know what the workers are doing… but I can tell you what they’re not doing. They’re not cleaning any of the items off before putting them on the shelves. They’re not sweeping or cleaning the carpet…. And they are most certainly not wiping off shelves. Basically cancel off cleaning anything at all. I feel like I need to wear gloves to browse in this establishment and I honestly felt very dirty leaving. Just despicable and disgusting. Do better Goodwill."

"This store is pretty well organized in comparison to others I've been in, with that being said I have never particularly had a pleasant experience with the staff. They're just not friendly. I don't make it out to this store a lot, and I especially love the children's section now that I have a niece. My only big issue today is that I don't think the cashier rung up the sale tags correctly, and even when I asked about it she didn't double check or anything which I don't really like. Overall though, I like this store."

"Love this store. It's really gotten better over the Last month. Much more organized and the staff is very friendly and always packs my items in newspaper. Great place to find items to upcycle!.. Also prices seem to have dropped which is great!!!!!!"
