"Super delicious! I wanted to try a few appetizers so I got the crab Rangoon (super delicious and great cheese pull action), dashi tots (full of flavor and a wonderful combo of crunch outside and smooth inside), and the wings (very moist and seasoned so well). They hit everything out of the park, definitely will order again and excited to try the ramen!"
"Wow, some of the best Ramen I've ever had. The House Smoked Tonkotsu was top 5 all time. Was not spicy tho. I asked and they gave me sriracha on the side, which was fine, but not the same as cooked spicy broth. Would love to try their other specialty bowls. Plus, I ordered an extra egg. I think to them this means extra "half" an egg. Will clarify next time."

"My brother and his girlfriend own Dashi Ramen, and they both are the most amazing cooks I have been blessed to know and two souls with great hearts and passion for the art of cooking! Their dishes are always prepared with great love and always taste amazing! Baltimore scored big with these two cooks serving exquisite ramen! Today I still vividly recall the delectable ramen bowls they made for a 2016 New Year's Day celebration! They take great pride in their preparations and ensure they serve only the greatest dishes.
