"Excellent - definitely would’ve received five stars except three times I had told three different people that I wanted the original tires after a full install of four new tires. I wanted my original tires back. Each time they asked me have I told anyone that I wanted my original tires back each time I said yes all the way up to check out after I paid my bills I then asked are the four tires of mine in my car I was told if I told someone to do that then they will be there. However, I went to my car and there were no tires so I had to go back in and then they did retrieve the tires and then give them to me. Other than that, I was very happy with the service from the full install of the tires, mounting, Balancing the alignment and the oil change. Like I said it would’ve definitely been a 5 star but for the constant reminders I had to give to keep my all good but summer original tires. And even then those instructions weren’t followed."

"Waited 2 hours for an oil change. Called at the 1.5 hour mark to see when I could expect it, and was told they would call me when they were done. I walked back to where I left my car and see it was untouched, so they hadn't even started my service in that time. Got my keys and left - I know they're busy but transparency goes a long way."

"Avoid the shop. Ordered tires online to get installed here with an appointment. When i get there they tell me they need to reschedule. Go back next day with a new appointment and wait 2hours for them to knock out what should have been a 30min job anywhere else. After the first hour I ask ETA only to find them all sitting down on their phones with my car untouched… An hour later i see the rush job they left with all the tire sealant all over my rims. This shop used to be good, wont be going back."
