It’s a good feeling to know my daughter is getting the proper care, attention, love, and learning while I’m working. I can’t thank Ms. Lex enough for her amazing care and education she provides to my daughter."

"This site needs more head start teachers. Please find teachers that actually care for the kids and not just there for a pay check. Everyday has been frustrating since school started please get better with whom y’all hire. I am not satisfied with my daughter teachers. Do the teachers want to work? I found my child in a classroom with no teachers then the two head start teacher did not know where she was. The teacher Carla ran off to find my child an insisted trying to have a teacher back up her lie. No teachers wanted to agree with Carla they had my child but the teacher will not admit to where she left my child even though the other teacher is telling me she lying. Instead of Carla apologizing to the parent an admit her mistake she carry on with the lie. As a parent I am worried what else this teacher is lying about or what she is doing with my child since it was so easy for her to lie to my face. Please take this matter seriously these are our children we trust y’all with, they are not just a check an if any teacher feels that way they need another profession."

"I Wanted to write this review to inform all parents to not send your children to this child care facility my child was in this facility from January 2021 to recently July 2021 while my child was in their care there has been three incidents I do not believe they are watching the kids appropriately because not only did my son fall and bust his head open he also was bitten by one of the kids which ultimately resulted being Diagnosed with hand, foot and mouth disease. When I called the child care to inform them, they acted as if they didn’t care. I really wish I would have transferred my son out of this facility sooner. They are unable to keep proper staffing and the children rooms doesn’t seem to get cleaned as my child has been sick Consistently every other week while attending. This is the Worse experience with child care I’ve dealt with in my life. Please keep your babies safe and do not allow them to attend this facility I wish there was a review like this one before I allowed my child to attend. I’m such ashamed I’ve put my child through this torture"

"This center has changed the way that I view Brightside, as a whole. The classrooms and bathrooms are always clean! The new head start space is amazing. The staff genuinely care. It is short staffed, but honestly what daycare isn't. This is a hurdle that is out of the employees hands that I do hope gets fixed. Overall though, it's the best."
