"Paid $3500 to have my brother represented by Shane Mattingly. Shane did not help my brother one bit in his Custody battle. Made my brother look like a complete idiot. He didn't defend him at all. Basically took my money, gave the mother what she wanted and told my brother to pack sand, im sure there is a difference of opinions. I am 100% at a loss for words right now. He never even tried to help my brother. Got him out of a couple protective orders but I would never ever recommend him to help with custody battles, I referred my friend to there, now I feel like that was a big mistake. I have told her to seek other legal council if they have to go to court. Shane does not care about his clients or to make them happy he just wants money to do absolutely nothing and that's what he did to my brother, who has no money to try and pay for another lawyer to do what Shane DIDNT do. It's sick! Merry Christmas you filthy animal-you get to pay child support and lost custody of your son! Well done Shane, well done!"

He was very discouraging throughout our meeting, and he never even took the time out to read my notes about the case . I really wish i would had listened to other reviews.
