"This was by far a bad experience, small fender bender (fender and headlight replaced) but they never bothered to check lights on dashboard, till this day I still have a airbag error light on my dash. Brought the car a couple of time back to them and the problem was never solved. Caliber collision you really did a s#!ty job. 2013 white Volkswagen Jetta sport wagon."

"My car was repaired but my rear lift gate was not operating properly. I took the car back and the repairman indicated it was a recall, while there I checked my VIN to see if there was a recall. There was no recall on my VIN. So because they could not fix it, I was told to bring it back because it has to go to the dealer. I was told they would take care of it and cover my rental. This was not the case when I dropped the car off. When I dropped it off, I learned that this repair went back through my insurance and I had to get a rental through my insurance. Horrible customer service. When I picked the car up and read the invoice from the dealer it read "recalibration of lift gate.". So it was not a recall and the repair was not properly completed initially. If I could help it I will never go back. The inconvenience and lack of customer care is disappointing."

"Had to have someone else finish re-assembling vehicle. Got home to find out vehicle wasn’t reassembled correctly. Underneath lower spoiler wasn’t installed correctly. Freshly painted items were damaged during reassembly attempt by shop."
