"Called to inquire about a quote and the guy who answered (Blue Bell) didn’t seem to enthused to be at work. Nonetheless I proceeded to give him the make and model and he gave me the quote which I appreciated. But here’s where it goes down hill. I asked what was their availability and he asks me why? I mean in retrospect it may have just been his demeanor and approach. It’s evident I’m looking to replace my window and his company was someone I was interested in replacing it for me. One star for poor customer service but two stars for providing the quote. Not feeling good about spending my money here just from this encounter."

"Found a crack in my windshield and it started getting bigger even though I barely drive now in quarantine. Called around to see who could fix it. The quotes were running $120 or so. This gentleman quoted $75. I drove out there and in 30 minutes, he had the crack fixed to the point where I can barely tell where it was originally. Super nice and professional. Highly recommend."
