"I have taken my two kids to open play at Kidology on three or four occasion. On their website it clearly states that kids 1 and under are admitted for $7.50. My 1 year old son has always been admitted for $7.50. On 2/1, I took my 23 month old son. The worker at the front counter asked his age. Another worker (possibly some type of manager) then chimed in out of nowhere and said that it would cost $14.50 for my son because he was “almost 2.” I was given the option to pay through Venmo, cash, or Zelle.I paid the $14.50 which appeared to go to someone named Luba’s personal Venmo account. Be cautious! Despite what it is publicly posted, they will arbitrarily charge you more. I will not be returning as making an extra $7.50 seemed more important to them than retaining a repeat customer (who would have gladly paid $14.50 once my son turned 2)."
"Very nice and caring therapists. Would highly recommend therapists Natalia for Russian speaking children and therapist Stacy for English speaking children. Also they have awesome play space for kids to play and get active before or after the session. My kids love coming here."
"This is actually a fun place for small group of young kids. To be honest, because the play area isn’t that spacious, it’s hard to have a mix age group together. The other day I was here with my little 19mos old along with other moms and their kiddos. From that experience, I wouldn’t suggest mix age of younger kids and have a wild 8 or 9 yo to play in the area with the young kids. The older kids are more rough and mobile and I was scare they hurt the little toddlers. It is a nice small clean play area for the kids with 3 small different theme play pretend set ups. Perfect for small playdate groups or young kids birthday party."
"We are so greatful to Kidology for providing such amazing services to our daughter. Luba is wonderful and has been very helpful and supportive with all our service needs. Ali Shain is an amazing speech therpist. We are seeing so much improvement since Ali started working with our daughter. Ali is very knowledgeable, caring and kind!"
"I recently had a very bad experience with this place. It's a shame because one of the therapists, whom I worked with in the past, is now there. She is a Speech Therapist and her name is Judy. I was really excited for the opportunity for my children to work with her again. She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.. However, there was one woman substituting in for scheduling, and that's where it went downhill. I called into Kidology to discuss how distasteful our initial interaction was (through text messaging). The person who texted me ended up returning my call with a judtification of her actions rather than an apology of the miscommunication on their end. Instead, she placed the blame on everyone else and didn't take any accountability on her role in the situation. Now let's be clear, the text messaging started latee in the day (later than I would have expected) and I was not even clear of who exactly I was speaking with. The person did not have my children's name correct and wanted to schedule them for an eval. I had no idea of what the eval entailed nor did I have an address to where I would even be going for said eval. And for a minute, I considered it being a prank/scam/joke. When I asked questions, the responses were short and uninformative, and no intake was even done prior to this call. And I was so mad at myself for going back and forth with her immaturity and unprofessional behavior. I should have just ended the conversation by telling her to have her supervisor give me a call because her and I were getting no where fast. Nevertheless, they are so lucky to have Judy, but unfortunately, I will not be using them."
