"Recently used them after my car was in an accident. The process was quick, easy, and they allowed me to drop the vehicle where repairs were being done to make it a smooth process for me. I spoke with Derek and possibly a Kevin several times, and each time, they were helpful and patient. "I emailed them about the condition of my car and received no response. I let them know the car they gave me was trash. I was running behind and needed to get on the road for my meeting. I was very disappointed in the car I was given. I would have expected better. The representative stated because of COVID there were limited options. I don’t believe it. Update - I did receive a response, and appreciated it. I have rented from Enterprise after and had a really good experience!!"
