"I had a consultation with Shelley in October 2023, and it was great based off the recommendation from a FB group for my county... wonderful conversation and was looking forward to her recommendations to move forward... I must have called over 10 times, talked to her secretary who was little to no help and lacked follow-up communication. My final straw was an email I sent after thanksgiving to Shelley directly asking her to follow-up with me from the October consultation... NOT ONE WORD!! NOT ONE PHONE CALL. Just straight disrespectful to take a consultation and then don't follow-up like she and her office stated. The secretary told me that my recommendations was in "draft mode" REALLY!! for 2 months!!! ridiculous... I even called the main line and was told by another clerk who works there but for a different attorney that Ms. Shelley office is EXTREMELY behind. I am sorry but you are not that backed up to follow-up with someone... if so, then stop taking consultations and wasting people time. I see she got 5 stars here on google and people are saying nice things about her but that was not my experience with her or her office. I will be looking elsewhere for these important matters because Shelley office is not it!!! I do not and will not recommend her office to anyone!!"
