"Horrible experience. If there was a way to give 0 stars based on the professionalism I would. Attorney Vaughn was rude on several occasions and I felt like I wasn’t listened -this was evident when his assistant let me know after he discharged me as a client, that he was confused about a piece of information that I made him aware of very early on that was VERY important for my case. His assistant Alyssa was the only positive experience I had working with this firm. My legal issue was very stressful, and the phone calls with Attorney Vaughn got worse and worse as time went on just because I was asking questions. I had already made up my mind that I was going to hire someone else by the time I got discharged. Sometimes cheap is not better….you end up spending more money in the end. Glad I found the representation I have now. It has been a totally different experience than what I experienced with this firm."

"The most unreliable attorney that I have come across . His office called me twice, once his secretary gave a telephone appointment for last Thursday at 7 pm, and he never called. Second time they called me yesterday and gave another telephone appointment for today at 11am and he did not call again. I called his office and they told me that he will call me when he comes to office. I asked when that would be, they said tomorrow. What assurance can one have that this attorney even SHOWS UP on one's court date? Think about it! Response to your response: NOBODY called me back on both occasions and that is why you apologized today and told that the will call me back tomorrow. I do not have any recorded message on my phone. Please reconsider your customer service."
