"Do not use this attorney. In my experience with him, his practice is terrible. It's small, so he will charge you for work that could've been done at a cheaper rate. Mind you, he charges $400/hr, and will call and hold you on the phone to rack up those charges. He also makes many mistakes that can cost you your trial, and in my case, he did. My particular experience with this is I'm a landlord. I hired him for a case with a past tenant who owed money, etc. I gave him my company's Ledger. He then created a document to give to the court to explain those charges on the Ledger. Mr. McCormack changed dates on his document which caused the evidence to be thrown out. Instantly the case was lost, and Mr. McCormack apologized, and still handed me a bill costing thousands. Worst experience with an attorney ever."
