They didn’t help at all even I have life time wheel alignment service they declined to help my car to take in just second visit of service and was very rude. He was not giving answer at all. He just argues not to help and not to take car. I would not recommend Berkeley height location Firestone. It’s very bad. Be aware guys!"

"I was really impressed with this place, simply for their honesty. I thought my emergency brake had broke (go figure) because I hadn't been using it correctly, as my old car's worked differently. They were the only mechanic that took me in on a Friday, and called me on Saturday to tell me nothing was wrong with my brake. When I went to pick it up, they were friendly and didn't charge me a penny. I am grateful; they could have easily lied to me and said they fixed it and charged me, which I am sure has happened to many people. I really appreciated their honesty and they were all really nice as well, would definitely recommend going here!"

My visit to Firestone was for a routine service of my car, and I expected nothing out of the ordinary. However, things took a frustrating turn when they filled uneven air pressure in Tires causing the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPS) light to illuminate on my dashboard. Firestone's suggestion was to replace all four tires, which was surprising and seemed excessive. I questioned their assessment and asked if there were any alternative solutions. Unfortunately, their response left me skeptical, as it appeared that they were more interested in selling me new tires than addressing the problem accurately. Determined to make an informed decision, I sought a second opinion from Costco regarding my tires. To my relief, Costco's technicians confirmed that my tires still had approximately half of their lifespan remaining. This discovery was a stark contrast to Firestone's assessment and recommendation. This discrepancy in assessments between Firestone and Costco was not only disconcerting but also raised concerns about the integrity and honesty of Firestone's service. Trust and transparency are of utmost importance when dealing with vehicle maintenance, and my trust in Firestone was seriously undermined by this experience. In the end, I opted not to follow Firestone's advice to replace all four tires, instead choosing a more sensible solution offered by Costco. I left the Firestone service center with a sense of disappointment and a question mark over their service quality. I hope Firestone takes customer feedback to heart and revisits their approach to assessing tire issues. Customers rely on service centers for accurate, honest, and reasonably priced solutions to their car problems. In this instance, the overall experience has left me with reservations about returning to Firestone for future car servicing.
