"Tasted and smelled VERY FISHY ….I just had general Tao chicken with a hot and sour soup they must cook the fish in the same pot as chicken. Person at front was more invested in her phone than assisting me… very rude Wouldn’t recommend."

"Quick and tasty! Just rolled in from Atlanta and had this place suggested to us. Ordered Hunan chicken, Gen Tso chicken, chicken lo mein and chicken noodle soup for pickup. One of the best Gen. Tso chicken our family has had. Hunan was good, we wanted it spicier but the flavors worked. The broccoli in both was perfect! Crunchy, flavorful. Pass on the chicken noodle soup. No flavor. Looked like it was chick lo mein mix thrown into broth instead of fried. But the chicken lo mein was nice. Good price for the portion size."

"You can always rely on Hunan to get it right. Every time I order they are friendly and respectful and each dish I’ve tried is spot on. Tonight I ordered delivery and the driver waited to make sure I got my food and was friendly. When I dug in, I was pleasantly surprised by upgraded packaging and my favorite dish (the orange chicken) was next level! Refer to the picture. Looked even better in person. "Just ordered online delivery! Hunan Gourmet is the only Chinese place I order from. I used to go to China Garden with family but since they closed I had to find a new spot I could depend on for great service and quality food. Hunan never disappoints and they always deliver in a convenient time frame. They always get my order correct and pack it in the bag with care. The food is always hot and ready to eat, I never have to reheat it like some delivery places. I got the Mu Shi chicken, pancakes, fried rice and Szechwan string beans. It is so delicious and I am so pleased that I wanted to leave a review! I have worked in the food industry for years and am getting my culinary hospitality degree and enjoy quality restaurants like this. I recommend trying Hunan Gourmet as I find it incredibly satisfying every time and they also have a huge array of veggie dishes for vegetarians and vegans!"

"Atmosphere: From the outside it doesn't look like much but upon entering, the inside looked very clean and spacious given the footprint allotted. Service: Once we were seated fairly quickly we were given menus and then took a bit to get our order. Whenever we were addressed the service was good but was often waiting a couple of times. Quality: We came in for lunch and were given a decent amount of food for a lunch special as opposed to other places in which provide a small amount. The food was good, I got the Sesame Chicken, egg drop soup, strawberry bubble tea and it all had good flavor to it but nothing extraordinary. Overall not bad but not amazing, looking for a casual place for Chinese food that's average should try this place."
