Domino's Pizza

"It's take-out or delivery only. Pizza is pretty tasty, several options for sauce and toppings. Pasta, cheesy bread, and chicken are alright. Sandwiches are "meh." And the salads are just lame. Use the secret 20% off coupon if you order online! So yeah as delivery pizza goes, I like it. But buying a frozen pizza for $7 at the grocery store and cooking it at home is cheaper and equally yummy, plus you can customize your own toppings."

"I ordered pizza and chicken bites last night and was informed it would take 30-40 minutes for preparation and delivery. However, even after an hour, it hadn't arrived. When I called to inquire, they couldn't provide an estimated time of arrival. Deciding to pick it up myself, I was then told at the store that the driver had just left. Returning home, I found the delivery still hadn't arrived. Further calls to the store only yielded the response that it was on its way. Despite driving the same route as the driver, there was no sign of my order. Eventually, my food arrived two hours after placing the order. This isn't the first time I've faced delays, received the wrong order, or had undercooked food. But this incident has been the final straw for me; I've decided it will be my last order with them, and I wanted to share this frustrating experience."

"Ordered pizza and bites for family dinner. Even after 50 mins no order arrived. After calling them I was told it was a takeout order and it was my mistake. After few mins talking to her colleague the person on phone shared that they made a mistake. She offered me pickup the order or cancel the order. There was no apologies for the mistake and delay in order. Complete lack of empathy of customer even after mistake in order. I was not offered a newer pizza even when it was sitting in store for 1 hr. I had to reheat the order as I received after 1.5 hrs."
