"I took my classic car for service and wasted my time. Not even a simple engine oil and filter change they did for me (and I provided the filter). They took the car in and had me wait around for hours. Once I decided to leave the location and let them work on the car on their own time, they call to say couldn't do the work on the car because the parts I purchase (carburator) were not compatible, after saying it was earlier. And if I wanted to get the existing part rebuild/fix, they had no place to accomadate my antique car from staying outside exposed to weather and unsecured. Despite all the garages they have to keep any car secured. I felt unwelcomed and don't recommend this place to bring your antique car. They had no care for me as a client under a specific situation. Not even Healy Ford has ever done this to me despite how extremely busy they are. I'm very dissapointed in their lack of consideration and common sense that my car could not stay over night outside. Will never got there again."

We felt unwelcomed and they are not accomadating to the needs of an antique vehicle's repair/service that can NOT stay outdoors overnight due to security concerns or weather affecting conditions. Please don't waste your time, as we did, taking your valuable antique car here and expect them to care about your classic vehicle getting services without causing any inconveniences on them. You would be disappointed. It's obvious that some cars need more common sense accommodation than others, if a part is being replaced or restored and the car needs to be secured/stored in the meantime. They are NOT accomadating or sympathetic to your personal needs."
