"I bought a amp for my 09 Audi Q7. I had it installed and none of my speakers work except 1 in the dash I had the amp inspected and found out it was faulty and was the reason for my sound not working. I reached out to owner and let him know so I can get a replacement but he is ignoring me. parts are supposed to have 90 day warranty smh unprofessional to blatantly ignore a customer. I will be showing up there to see what we can do about this."

"Outstanding Customer Service! Very pleasant experience. I went to buy a power steering pump and pigtail wire for my 2014 Chevy Impala. I did not expect anything of me showing the receipt of my Power Steering Pump I procured 6 months ago from HyWay because I knew it was used and it worked. The owner or manager overheard me talking to the customer service rep at the front desk. He walked over and took a look at my old receipt. He asked me few questions about the issue with my power steering pump. I received power steering pump and the pigtail wire as a courtesy...free of charge! I will return to HyWay Auto Parts again for future business."

My car was not even there an hour , I received a phone call with the problem and a very reasonable price to get my car fixed.( I was anticipating on paying double) I had my car back , at the end of the next business day!!
