"My first Wegmans! And I have to say, I liked it a lot. Really large store with a ton of choice, most items easy to find, and really not too packed even though it was the day before Thanksgiving. Easy parking nearby. If I lived here, this would be my local! Alas, I do not."

"I love Wegmans as a whole. I do the majority of my grocery shopping at Wegmans. I was thrilled when this location opened up as its minutes from my work. However this location is a sad example of how wegmans operates. After multiple trips to this store, I will be visiting other locations and i am writing this in hopes at some point the issues are corrected. The produce here is terrible. Often it is wilted and no good. Other times they are just out. Their prepared and packaged foods are never stocked. Their subs are a mess. I waited 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me, even though they were standing right in front of me . No biggie, ill take my business elsewhere. But Then my friend had subs catered from Wegmans and it was embarrassing. They really skimped on the meat and cheese. It wasn’t the product quality we had come to expect from Wegmans. Quality and selection is one of the reasons i shop at Wegmans. This location has missed that mark."

"This was just going to be a review of a single product on Wegman's website (turkey brine bag), but the website conveniently said: "Review Service is unavailable at this moment" .. when I go to submit a 1 star review of said product. So here it is: We bought a turkey brine bag new, sealed in box from the Alexandria Wegmans. It didn't just have one hole, it had multiple holes. We leaked raw turkey juice all over the counter, fridge, clothes. Understandably I'm a little frustrated from that experience. "extra thick, easy closure LEAK-PROOF" .. not so much. And to add to pain, Wegmans requires you to give up your: 1. full name 2. date of birth 3. full home address 4. Confirm your PHONE ...... just to leave a review of a product on their online store. I'm sure they will resell that information. Overall if I could score this Wegmans experience any lower I would. Poor quality control on a popular product, and poorer respect of privacy or willingness to host feedback on products online. If the website allows me to post a review of the brine bags online later, I'll update this one for the store to maybe 2.5 to 3 stars, because most experiences here are generally good, but they lose some score on size and selection at this store, which is notably lacking compared to other Wegmans locations."

"Great store in Alexandria. Love all the options. They have easy and delicious take out meals if you’re staying in a hotel and don’t want to tackle restaurant wait times. They also have pharmacy and self care items. One stop shop. Easy parking."
