"Can't say enough good things. Customer service was great- taught me a little about my car and what maintenance was required. I went in thinking I needed to do a comprehensive service and they explained that the car's electronic system told them I didn't need all of that work and caught something that I would have otherwise not thought to have serviced. I usually hate having to find a new mechanic or have my car serviced because I just don't know that much about cars and worry that I am not providing the correct information or requesting the correct services. They provided detailed notes with pictures of the work that was done and why. I left feeling confident about the work that was done. And I never felt talked down to. However, they found there was TSB from the manufacturer and suggested we take it to the dealer where it would be covered under extended warranty. They have always been honest and open about what is needed to be done. I've heard others say they are on the expensive side, I say "you get what you pay for."
